Electric interlock: Prevents cycle start if door is unlocked or chamber pressurized.
Door-temperature interlock: Avoids liquid explosion if temperature exceeds safe limit (20°C below boiling point).
Anti-burning protection: Cuts heating and alarms when water level is low.
Steam pressure safety valve: Activates when chamber pressure exceeds safe limit.
