Scitek’s 80L Benchtop Pulse Vacuum Autoclave is designed to meet the rigorous sterilization demands of hospitals, laboratories, dental clinics, and research institutions. The equipment adopts an advanced pulse vacuum system that ensures deep penetration of steam into porous materials and packaged instruments, effectively eliminating bacteria, viruses, and spores. This model supports sterilization cycles at both 121℃ and 134℃, offering flexibility for different sterilization needs, from general instruments to heat-sensitive medical supplies.


The chamber of this benchtop autoclave is made from SUS304 high-quality stainless steel, which offers excellent resistance to corrosion, high temperatures, and mechanical stress. With a chamber size of φ391×671 mm and a total capacity of 80 liters, this autoclave is capable of handling large instrument loads while maintaining efficient cycle times. Whether used for sterilizing surgical tools, culture media, or laboratory glassware, it consistently delivers dependable, uniform sterilization results.


To enhance user convenience, the autoclave is equipped with a 14-liter built-in water tank that supports automatic water supply and drainage. This feature minimizes the need for frequent refills and reduces manual handling, making daily operation safer and more efficient. The autoclave is designed to operate quietly, with a noise level kept under 65 dB, ensuring a comfortable environment even in compact clinical or laboratory settings.
One of the key features of this model is its ability to generate and maintain high sterilization temperatures up to 150℃ and withstand pressures ranging from -0.1 MPa to 0.3 MPa. This broad working range makes it ideal for comprehensive sterilization processes, particularly where deep and complete steam penetration is required. The multi-stage vacuum and pressure cycles further ensure that even complex or hollow instruments are thoroughly sterilized.

After a detailed quality inspection and operational testing, the autoclave ordered by the Algerian customer has been approved for export. Every component was tested under simulated working conditions to ensure safe and reliable performance upon arrival. All control systems, temperature sensors, and safety valves were verified for compliance with international standards. The equipment has also been carefully packaged using shockproof and moisture-resistant materials to withstand the rigors of overseas transport.
Currently, the Scitek 80L Benchtop Pulse Vacuum Autoclave is being prepared for container shipment to Algeria. We have coordinated closely with logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation and customs clearance. All packaging includes clear instructions and protective measures to prevent physical damage during transit, and a full set of operational manuals and spare parts will be included to assist the customer in commissioning the device upon receipt.
